Getting Ready for The Inventory Count

Most of the questions that I get in regards to inventory. What should be counted? What is the right price to charge? How to figure out if the problem is theft or price is not high enough. Should cleaning supplies be counted? When is the best time to count inventory?

What day and what time are not really important, as long as you are consistent on the same day each month. If you choose the 20th of each month, then do it on the 20th and about the same time every month. Say 2 pm on the 20th of every month. The important thing is to maintain your targets always.

So, let’s start out preparing for the inventory count.
